Advocates for Aging in Wellness

Backing the Center for Better Aging medical providers and caregivers is a team based in the community, providing the tools that make preventive and responsive care possible. Among their day-to-day tasks, they also recruit and train staff and promote community programs. The CBA team gives you a champion outside the doctor’s office, standing with you to maintain your best physical and emotional condition. The CBA team strives to resolve the persistent health issues of older adults on the South Side.
