  • Mentorship and learning opportunities from cross-functional CBA staff
  • Skill development in research, outreach, program support, and administration
  • A chance to be part of initiatives that directly support aging adults and caregivers

Internship Roles & Locations

Interested students and graduates are encouraged to apply for one of the following internship roles:
  • Community Outreach and Engagement Intern

This is a Chicago-based, hybrid internship program (mix of in-person and remote work), with some internships requiring full in-person workdays.
CBA meetings and activities typically occur Monday–Friday between 9 AM–4 PM CT, with some occasional weekend events. Interns are expected to create a work schedule within this timeframe each week.
Most of our internship positions are part-time (20 hours per week) to allow full engagement with all components of the program.
