Our Partners
In addition to our leading partner, St. Bernard Hospital, the Center for Better Aging brings together a collaborative team of partners from different medical disciplines to work in unison to provide whole-person care. Creating a better level of care to help meet the unique needs of the South Side’s aging community.
Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives
The Center for Better Aging (CBA) was awarded healthcare transformation funding in FY2022 to develop St. Bernard Hospital into a center for equity-focused care and community empowerment to re-imagine and transform care for older adults on Chicago’s South Side. The newly established nonprofit CBA is actively hiring, outlining services, and managing critical project milestones and timing. Additionally, St. Bernard is working on staffing, certifications and space development to make this vision a reality. The tentative timing is a launch in Q2 2024.
