Dr. Azeezat Rasaki, PharmD, is a registered pharmacist in Illinois and a proud Chicago native. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University in Tallahassee, Florida. Passionate about serving her community, Dr. Rasaki is dedicated to providing exceptional care in her home town.

During her training, Dr. Rasaki completed rotations in three ambulatory care clinics and gained valuable retail pharmacy experience after graduation. Her experiences shaped a patient-centered philosophy that she brings to her work every day, driving the Center for Better Aging’s mission to help older adults achieve better health and quality of life.

In her role at the Center for Better Aging, Dr.Rasaki provides medication reconciliations, patient counseling, and medical device training. She also administers vaccinations, manages prescription prior authorizations, and works closely with the clinic’s geriatricians and nurse practitioners. Her work focuses on optimizing medication therapy, improving adherence, and reducing emergency room visits.
